Every other year, Bates holds a Live/Silent Auction fundraising event for parents. This event provides a chance for parents to step out and share a lively, social evening built around raising funds for our school. The silent auction features donations of goods and services from Bates families and teachers as well as local merchants, and the live auction features a limited number of 'one-of-a-kind' items and experiences. Past themes have included a 'Night in the Caribbean,' 'Let's Jazz it Up', and 'Viva Las Vegas.'

Donation Items Needed!

Don't have enough time to volunteer for a committee role?  There are additional ways that you can help:

• Donate time at your vacation home
• Donate a round of golf at your country club
• Donate tickets to sports games (Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins, Celtics)
• Donate concert, theater or symphony tickets
• Ask your favorite restaurant, gift shop, or retail store to donate a gift card or item
• Donate frequent flyer points towards airline tickets or hotel nights
• Make a Family donation
• Ask your company to make a Corporate Sponsorship
