To access the Bates PTO Directory, follow these steps:

​

• Visit the Bates Membership Toolkit website and select Register/Login.

​​

• If you already have an account, log in using your email and password. If you don’t have an account, click on Create Account and enter your name, email (the same one used for WPS PowerSchool), and password.

​​

• Verify your email by clicking the link sent to you (check spam/junk folders if needed). This link expires in 2 hours.

​​

• Log in again after verifying your email and complete/confirm the Guardian/Family and Student Information. If you skip this step, your account will remain inactive and you may not have access to the mobile app.

​​

• The Primary Account holder can invite other email addresses to access the family account, so secondary users can also log in and view the family account details.

​

• New families provide their contact information through the PowerSchool Parent Portal. Existing families stay on distribution lists unless they opt out.
