The Bates Pumpkin Fair isn’t just a fun day for kids and families—this beloved tradition is also a crucial fundraiser for our PTO. This year's fair promises exciting games, thrilling rides, balloon artists, tasty treats, a magician, dancing, and more!

VOLUNTEER SIGN-UP
The Pumpkin Fair cannot happen without your support, and we need full participation to pull it all together. As is tradition, we ask that each family sign up for at least one two-hour shift. Take a look at the volunteer opportunities linked here and join us in making this year’s Pumpkin Fair one to remember.
KIDS' RAFFLE
The Kids' Raffle is always a highlight of the Pumpkin Fair, thanks to the generous donations from Bates Families like yours! This year, we’d love your help in making it extra special by donating something your child (and others!) would be excited to win. There a several easy options for donating.

Make a donation via Venmo
or send a check in an envelope marked "Pumpkin Fair - Kids’ Raffle" to the school, and we will use it to purchase more great prizes.

Get ready to bid on exciting items from the comfort of your home! We're adding a silent auction to this year’s Pumpkin Fair, featuring unique experiences, gift baskets, and local treasures. Every bid supports our school community and enriches our students' experiences.

A Monster Sponsorship is a special way for Bates families to support our Pumpkin Fair with a $100 donation. This helps cover the cost of pumpkins and other start-up expenses for the event, with any extra funds going toward vital PTO programs.

Families who contribute $100 or more will be recognized as "Monster Sponsors," with their names featured in the weekly Bates Blast and displayed on our Monster Sponsorship banner at the event.
